Dreambert and Bedsmith, two Pi’illo creatures, wake up one morning without memory who they are, or how they arrived. They get into a strange house in an unknown city, feel lost and confused. Just as the panic settles, a special man named Wonky shows, claiming to be their father. He suggests that they must have care about who the television watch the previous night, but before he can explain more, the situation even grows as a stranger. Starlow’s creature, Star Sprite, arrives and insists that he is their friends. He says they had plans to hang out, but Dreambert and Bedsmith have no memory of him or such plans. They reluctantly follow Starlow outdoors, insecure about their surroundings. They wander through the city and behave as if they do not recognize the environment or Starlow. Despite the confusion, Starlow continues to interact with them as if they have been friends for a long time. As he shows them around, Starlow patiently explains their supposed friendship and name, trying to calm them. However, Dreambert and Bedsmith remain disturbed and are unable to understand their past or connection with Starlow. As the day continues, Starlow grows more worried about thinking they just pretend to forget. But as their odor continues, he begins to make sure that something is seriously wrong with their memories. By the end of the day, Starlow’s uncertainty will deepen, and he wonders if there is something more behind their oblivion. Dreambert and Bedsmith are sent back to the house where they first woke up, and Wonky-Star claimed to be their father-to-the-themed bed. Too tired and confused to protest, they set in the night. As they fall asleep, their minds are full of questions about their identities, their past, and the causes of their Subdten amesia. The mystery of the lost memories of the lost memories is not unanswered when they drift into a restless sleep, with the uncertain future.
